By using Pip — the Telegram bot (@pipforobsidian_bot) and the Obsidian plugin ("the Service") — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pip captures messages sent to the Telegram bot and delivers them as notes to your Obsidian vault via a local plugin. The Service is provided on a free tier (raw capture) and a paid Pro tier (AI formatting and tagging).
Your account is identified by your Telegram chat ID and a connection PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential. Do not share your PIN — anyone with it can deliver notes to your vault.
/cancel in the bot. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

The Obsidian plugin is open source (MIT licence) at github.com/pip-obsidian/pip_obsidian. The backend service, brand, and website are proprietary. Your note content belongs to you.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice of significant changes via the Telegram bot.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that notes will always be delivered. Use the Service as a convenience layer — keep your own backup of important content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost data or lost profits.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your profile data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the Telegram bot with at least 14 days notice.
